Ajoy Kumar is a Distinguished Technologist at BMC Software, where a strategic focus on generative AI transformation has been implemented since June 2007. Ajoy has pioneered advancements in generative AI technologies, fine-tuned BMC's first generative AI language models, and played a key role in the development of various cloud management and security services, setting impactful product roadmaps and innovations. Ajoy's previous experience includes founding a cloud storage startup and holding significant R&D architect positions at Nokia Bell Labs and AT&T Bell Laboratories, where management of large-scale data and voice networks was a key responsibility. Ajoy holds a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, an MS in Computer and Information Sciences, and an MBA in Management from The Ohio State University.
