Reinier Wolters is a seasoned recruitment consultant currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at BMC (Yacht Group) since July 2023, focusing on sourcing candidates for housing corporations while expanding the flexible workforce. Previously, Wolters held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant in Banking at Yacht from October 2021 to July 2023, where recruitment efforts targeted change and project management roles for two strategic accounts. Prior to that, Wolters was HR Manager at TradeTracker from February 2021 to September 2021, responsible for establishing an international learning and development program, implementing an HRIS system, and managing HR processes.
