Caroline Ulsamer has a background in human resources, starting as an intern and then progressing to HR Manager at BMA Braunschweigische Maschinenbauanstalt AG. Prior to this, Caroline held positions at Klaus Kroschke Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Hunkemöller, and Stadtsportbund Braunschweig e. V. Caroline also completed a voluntary social year in sport through a collaboration with Sportjugend Niedersachsen and Deutsche Sportjugend.
