Luis Puncel is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. As a Technical Accounting Partner at Blythe Global Advisors since January 2010 and President of Puncel Consulting Associates since November 2009, Puncel assists both private and public companies in navigating GAAP and SEC complexities while addressing significant financial transactions. Previous roles include Office Managing Partner at Rothstein Kass, Partner-in-Charge of Accounting and Auditing at Stonefield Josephson, Director of Financial Compliance at Universal Electronics, and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Puncel holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business.
