Tashua Case has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 at York University as a Laboratory Manager/Research Coordinator. Tashua then moved on to Maxxam Analytics as a Business Analyst in 2014. In 2017, they transitioned to CDW, where they held various roles in Insights & Analytics within Product & Partner Management, culminating in a managerial position. Currently, they are the Director of Business Intelligence at Bluum since March 2022.

Tashua Case holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Management from York University. Tashua also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons. in Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, they completed a professional certificate in Human Resources Management at York University. Tashua further expanded their skills by completing a course in Programming Fundamentals for Analytics at George Brown College Continuing Education. Tashua also obtained certifications in Business Strategy and Problem Solving from McKinsey & Company in February and January 2022, respectively.
