Aashana Pathak has been an HR Executive at Blurbpoint Media Private Limited since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Executive in HR at Shree Balaji Group and as an HR Associate (Senior Recruitment Specialist) at AddRec Solutions, where Aashana specialized in sourcing and screening candidates.
