Desiree Halpern is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various organizations focused on international development, education, and refugee support. Currently serving as Communications Manager and previously as Communications Specialist at Blumont, Inc., Desiree plays a key role in enhancing organizational visibility and understanding of programming. A communications consultant since 2016, Desiree has worked with clients such as Teachers College and Rutgers University, providing expertise in outreach strategies and media relations.
