Richard Chang currently serves as Chief of Staff at Blumira and Co-founder and COO at Clean Fun, an innovative company offering playful potty training solutions through PottyTrainingTargets.com and PooPaper. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Richard has an extensive background in nonprofit governance, holding various board positions including Co-chair of the Annual Giving Campaign at United Way for Southeastern Michigan and Board Member roles at organizations such as Ann Arbor YMCA and Michigan League for Public Policy. Previously, Richard co-founded Kestrel Medical Inc., where efforts focused on simplifying healthcare software solutions. Richard's educational background includes degrees in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from Webb Institute and the University of Michigan.
