Belinda Wakim, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as Accounting Manager at BluMetric Environmental Inc. since December 2021, having previously held the position of Accounting Supervisor. Prior to BluMetric, Belinda worked at KPMG from August 2018 to December 2021 as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Belinda's freelance experience as a Financial Consultant from July 2016 to August 2018 involved full cycle accounting, payroll processing, and financial analyses. Earlier roles include Finance & Payroll Administrator at Fidus Systems, overseeing accounts payable and financial reporting, and Accounting Clerk at Lumenera Corporation, responsible for sales order entry and accounts payable. Belinda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Carleton University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa.
