Phil Wood is an experienced production supervisor with a robust background in energy services and operations management. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Bluewater Energy Services since August 2021, Phil has previously held similar supervisory and technical roles at EnQuest and Petrofac, where responsibilities included overseeing the operation of multiple critical production systems. Phil's career began at INEOS as a Production Team Lead and Mechanical Technician. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Certificate (HNC) from Technical Training Enterprise, complemented by foundational education at Fairfield High in Widnes.
