Jason Ogle is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading and innovating within user experience and design teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead UX Design Engineer at CACI's DarkBlue Intelligence Suite since April 2022, Jason has made significant contributions, including designing impactful applications for the Intelligence Community and spearheading accessibility initiatives. Previously, Jason held key positions at CACI International Inc, where responsibilities included managing UI/UX teams and leading critical design projects, as well as founding and hosting the celebrated UX podcast User Defenders. With a rich design background at companies like National CineMedia and Myspace, Jason combines technical expertise with a commitment to user-centered design, optimizing applications and processes for various industries. Educationally, Jason holds certifications in User Experience & Usability and Design & Visual Communications, complemented by an ongoing pursuit of mastery in growth mindset principles.
