Lauren Bone is a Learning and Development Specialist at BlueShore Financial, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Lauren gained extensive retail management experience at Saje Natural Wellness from December 2016 to March 2022, serving as both Store Manager and Senior Assistant Manager, and at Michael Hill from August 2015 to December 2016 as Store Manager and Manager in Training. Lauren holds a Certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from Dalhousie University, as well as several qualifications from Vancouver Community College, including a Professional Instructor Diploma, a Teaching Online Certificate, and a Train the Trainer designation. Additionally, Lauren earned degrees in Sport Event Management and Events and Conventions Management from Thompson Rivers University between 2010 and 2014.
