Thomas Kasper III, CPA, is a seasoned real estate accountant and asset manager at Bluerock Real Estate since May 2016. Prior to this role, Thomas served as an SEC Reporting Analyst at Federal-Mogul Motorparts from 2011 to 2016, where responsibilities included preparing disclosures for SEC filings and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely submissions. Thomas began a career in auditing at KPMG, first as an Audit Intern in 2008 and then as an Auditor from 2009 to 2010, where critical experience was gained in performing audits for multi-billion dollar companies across several industries. Thomas holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University, obtained in 2008 and 2004, respectively.
