As the Head of Manufacturing at Blueprint and Senior Vice President of Operations at SNOW, Trevor has demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Program Consultant at Strategic Education, Inc., and Interim Chief Operations Officer at Syringa, Inc. Additionally, Trevor co-founded LifeTree Manufacturing, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
