Susie Hartline has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Susie worked as a Literacy Coach/Trainer at McGraw Hill, providing professional development and coaching in K-12 literacy technology programs. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Collier County Public Schools, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and retention of teachers and staff. Susie then joined Christian County Public Schools as a Director and stayed there until 2020. In 2021, they became a Healthcare Recruiter at Gale Healthcare, and since 2022, they have been working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Blueprint Schools Network.

Susie Hartline began their education journey in 1988 at Southeast Missouri State University, where they pursued a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Susie attended the university until 1991. After a break in their education, Susie returned to pursue further studies. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the New York Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Masters degree in Instructional Technology and Training. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Susie attended Murray State University and achieved a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.
