Yannick Lensink's work experience includes a current role as a Mechanical Engineer at BluePrint Automation (BPA) starting in 2021. Prior to this, Yannick worked at Codema Systems Group from 2015 to 2021 in various roles, including Research and Development Engineer, Werkvoorbereider Engineering, and Stagiair. Yannick also had a stint as a stagiair at OBS Constructie Machinebouw & Techniek from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Yannick worked as a Lasser at Egros from 2007 to 2010 and had internship experiences at Airborne in 2009, Roweko in 2007, and Schade service Hoogenboom in 2007.

Yannick Lensink attended Albeda College from 2010 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Middenkader Engineering with a focus on Werktuigbouwkunde (Mechanical Engineering). In addition, they obtained a Basis veiligheid certificaat VCA in 2010. Yannick Lensink has also obtained additional certifications in Inventor Ilogic from Autodesk in October 2019, and in Autodesk Inventor frame generator 2019 from Autodesk in March 2019.
