Jess McKeown has a diverse background in educational research and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Evidence Generation Team at Blueprint since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate at Blueprint, and as a Researcher at the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) from December 2017 to November 2019, where Jess contributed to multiple published works, including a book chapter and various guides. Earlier positions at HEQCO also included an internship focused on contract review and secondary research. Additionally, Jess officiated soccer intramurals at Queen's University, taking on a leadership role in training and communication. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen's University.
