Harvey Hodd has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 when they worked as a Professional Footballer for Norwich City & Fleetwood Town until August 2016. Then, in September 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Blueprint (Klaviyo, 2022), a position they held until December 2022. Currently, since April 2022, they are working as the CEO and Co-Founder of Relo.

From 2006 to 2012, Harvey Hodd attended Langley School, where they earned 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from A* to A.
