Neil Bryant serves as the Vice President of Coaching and Leadership Development at Bluepoint Leadership Development since June 2023, focusing on leadership development and business coaching. Prior to this role, Neil was the Vice President of Leadership and Sales Development at Carestream Health from August 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing leadership capabilities and implementing a comprehensive sales talent model for the Americas Region. Neil also held dual national director positions at Siemens Healthcare from 2002 to July 2012, overseeing strategic account development and healthcare consulting services. Neil holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Spanish from Gettysburg College, a Master's in Leadership Development from Penn State University, and a Professional Coach Certification from Teleos Leadership Institute & International Coach Federation.
