Shreshth Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in different companies. In 2022, they served as the Growth Team Lead at Hackoverflow Society and also worked as a Marketing Coordinator. Shreshth was a Campus and Community Leader at Rysecamp. Additionally, they were a Community Member at Case Ace and BlueLearn. In 2021, they held the position of Chief Experiment Officer at FastJobs.io. Prior to that, they were the Top Campus Ambassador at E-Cell, IIT Guwahati.

Shreshth Sharma's education history begins in 2007 when they attended St. Thomas School and completed their Class 12TH with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with Computer Science. Shreshth then attended Chandigarh University from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shreshth has obtained several certifications. In July 2022, they achieved the Runner-Up Position in the Product Design Challenge at E-Summit'22 organized by E-Cell, IIT Bombay. In April 2022, they obtained the "PRDV151: Bitcoin for Everybody" certification from Saylor Academy. During the same month, they also became a National Finalist in Parivartan'22, organized by Certopus, and gained writing articles skills through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in March 2022, Shreshth participated in the Campus Ambassador Program at E-Cell, IIT Guwahati, and earned the title of Best Campus Ambassador in February 2022. Shreshth acquired a Participant Badge from Web3Camp organized by GirlScript Foundation in January 2022 and contributed to the Spark AR Community Hackathon by Reskilll during the same month.

Shreshth also holds various certifications, including EAD MUMBAI from the Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur, and NEO 2021 from E-Cell, IIT Bombay, both obtained in December 2021. In the same month, they completed the "PRDV005: Time and Stress Management" course by Saylor Academy and the "Startup 101 Guide" by E-cell | MANIT Bhopal (NIT-B). Additionally, they participated in Takshak'21, organized by RoboISM - Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Club, in October 2021, and accomplished an Introduction to RPA and Automation certification from UiPath in September 2021.

Lastly, Shreshth has attended various events and received accolades such as being a keynote speaker at a Local Startups Meet organized by the Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kanpur.
