Nijo Idicula Jacob has worked as the Chief Technical Officer at IEDC-YMBC since February 2022. Nijo Idicula has also served as a Community Development Volunteer at Cozmek Private Limited starting in December 2021. In addition, Nijo has been a Community Member at the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre | Kerala Startup Mission | Government of Kerala, Campus Community Member at TinkerHub, Community Member at GTech MuLearn, and Community Member at Bluelearn. Currently, Nijo is a Member at Pygrammers and Markoknow, starting in March 2023 and May 2023 respectively.

Nijo Idicula Jacob received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yeldo Mar Baselios College, Sophia Park, Kothamangalam 686 691.
