Business Development Manager for the South, South East & South West Regions at Blueleaf

Leona McGwynn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leona is currently working as the Business Development Manager for the South, South East & South West Regions at Blueleaf since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Built Environment Business Development Manager at Blueleaf from March 2021 to April 2022. Additionally, they worked as the Lead Development at Blueleaf from March 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Blueleaf, Leona McGwynn worked at Tingdene Homes from October 2019 to March 2020 as the New Business Development Manager. Leona'sresponsibilities included managing the Telemarketing Department, training staff to gain new business, managing field sales teams for appointments, and assisting the sales team to drive growth. Prior to this role, they worked as the Telemarketing Executive at Tingdene Homes from March 2019 to October 2019. Leona McGwynn attended Bishop Stopford in Kettering from 1991 to 1996. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 1996, they enrolled at Tresham College in Kettering and studied Business Studies until 1997. Leona returned to Tresham College in 2005, where they focused on Anatomy & Physiology for one year. Additionally, during the same year, they also pursued a degree in Business, specializing in Swedish Massage & Indian Head Massage at Tresham College in Kettering.
