Kaustav Dey is a Quality Engineer at Bluefors since May 2022, where responsibilities include serving as an assistant project manager for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and contributing to product and process quality improvement initiatives. Kaustav is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt holder. Previous experience includes an internship with Ujaas Energy Limited, focusing on solar energy generation data analysis, and a role as Vice President of the AEE VIT Vellore Chapter. Kaustav also held a position as Director of Publicity for the Model United Nations Society at VIT. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Energy Systems and Markets from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy from Vellore Institute of Technology.
