Rachel Southon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various administrative and coordination roles. Currently serving as a Quality and Business Systems Specialist at Bluefin Resources since November 2020, Rachel has previously held the titles of Senior Contractor Care Coordinator and Contractor Care Co-Ordinator. Prior to Bluefin Resources, Rachel worked as a Contract and Office Coordinator at Green Light Worldwide and as a Team Administrator at Michael Page. Additional experience includes roles at Brightside Co, where Rachel was a Human Resources and Learning and Development Administrator as well as a Customer Experience Ambassador. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Professions, completed in November 2022, and a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management from Open Colleges, achieved between 2016 and 2017.
