Brian Ó Neill is a VoIP Network Engineer at Blueface, a Comcast Business Company, since August 2020, where responsibilities include designing, operating, and maintaining the telephony core elements of the Unified Communication as a Service platform. Prior roles include Solutions Architect and L3 Support Engineer at Tech Mahindra, focusing on the data plane for the Three Ireland network and leading the transition from a legacy Comverse Voicemail system to a SIP/RTP-based Mavenir Voicemail system. Brian also served as a Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert on Value Added Services for IBM in Ireland, contributing to projects for Three Ireland, and previously held senior engineering positions for Value Added Services at O2 Ireland and Esat Digifone. Brian holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Dublin City University, earned in 2000.
