Brett Ulander, PsyD, PMP, currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Board of Directors at the National Center For Simulation since January 2024 and as CEO of Bluedrop USA, Inc. since February 2020. Ulander's extensive career includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Business Development at Bluedrop Training & Simulation, Director of Business Development at Cubic Global Defense, and Director of Marketing and Customer Relations at Logistic Services International, Inc. Notable achievements include managing a $40 million portfolio of Air Force flight simulation upgrade programs at OPINICUS Corporation. Ulander also held the position of Assistant Vice President at SAIC, focusing on aviation and maritime virtual simulation programs. With a comprehensive educational background, including a PsyD in Psychology and specialized training in flight and ground simulation, Ulander brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the simulation and training industry.
