Meagan S. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Partner at Bluecurrent AU/NZ since July 2023, Meagan previously held the role of People and Culture Manager at Protecta Group Australia from January to June 2023. From May 2011 to October 2022, Meagan worked at Sekisui House Australia, progressing through various HR roles including Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and National HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic direction, management of HR teams, and development of corporate workforce plans. Prior to this, Meagan gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Reo Recruitment, managing a temporary recruitment desk and overseeing the full recruitment process.
