Elena McCoy, PMP, is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and health promotion with significant experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Quality Incentive Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since November 2017, Elena previously held roles at Anthem, Inc. as a Clinical Quality Program Administrator and Wellness Coordinator. Elena's earlier career includes assisting in health promotion education at The University of Memphis, where Elena also earned both a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance and a Master of Science in Health and Sport Sciences, specializing in Health Promotion. Prior to academia, Elena contributed to the Cole Pain Therapy Group in public relations, marketing, and patient therapy execution.
