Bill Brooks has over 25 years of experience in network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Engineer Team Lead at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since August 2009, Bill has developed significant expertise in managing and optimizing network systems. Prior to this role, Bill worked at US Xpress as a Senior Network Engineer from June 1997 to July 2009. Bill's career began at Glenn Automotive, where the role of TN VOL was held from 1992 to 1997.
