Kayla McNair has extensive experience in corporate training and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi since June 2016, having progressed through various roles including Corporate Trainer II and Corporate Trainer. Prior to this, Kayla held the position of News Writer at The Reflector from March 2015 to August 2015. Kayla's educational background includes studies at Mississippi State University from 2014 to 2016 and Meridian Community College from 2012 to 2014.
