Pierre FRANCOIS has over three decades of experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as Support Logiciel - Support avant-vente at Bluecrest France since August 2021 and holding a concurrent role as Support technique méthodes et logiciels at BlueCrest since September 2018. Pierre's extensive career includes significant positions at Pitney Bowes, where responsibilities encompassed project management for hardware and software solutions in the European Division and technical support for production mailing systems, beginning in July 1988. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Electronique from ECTEI Paris and ECE, Ecole d'ingénieurs, completed between 1986 and 1988.
