Ross W. Fishbein's work experience includes serving as the Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Bluecore, where they managed the commercial contracting process and integrated industry-standard terms and conditions. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Fishbein Legal, where they assisted companies with their commercial contracting and risk-mitigation needs, with a focus on SaaS contract drafting and negotiation. Ross also worked at Sprinklr as the Director of Legal - Americas, overseeing contract negotiations and serving as a liaison for insurance brokers. Earlier in their career, they were a Legal Counsel at Bazaarvoice, handling day-to-day legal matters and conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Ross began their career as a Summer Associate at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP.

Ross W. Fishbein earned their J.D. in International Trade & Business Law from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University in 2006. In 2004, they also received a Certificate in American Foreign Policy from American University. Ross completed their secondary education at Manchester Central High School from 1998 to 2002.
