Kyle Lefief is an experienced professional with a focus on healthcare and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Qualified Treatment Center Engagement at bluebird bio, Kyle has expertise in ultra-rare and rare diseases, particularly in pediatric and adult hematology/oncology, bone marrow transplant, apheresis, and transplant centers. Previous roles include Executive Oncology Specialist at AstraZeneca and Hospital Account Manager at Achaogen, where Kyle developed strategic account plans and collaborated with major health systems. With a background that spans various roles in sales, financial consulting, and tax analysis, Kyle holds an MSA in International Administration from Central Michigan University and a BA in Finance from Walsh College.
