Erika Umana is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a history of working in various organizations, including Bluebeam, American Structurepoint, and High Alpha Innovation. At High Alpha Innovation, Erika operated as an in-house recruiter, staffing specialized positions and supporting founders with early hiring and HR initiatives. Prior roles include developing talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment processes at Greenlight Guru, as well as recruiting IT professionals at TEKsystems. Erika began a marketing career with a student internship at Aileron while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Dayton.
