Nayana Kishore is a customer success leader with over 15 years of experience in program management, delivery excellence, operations management, customer support, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Blue Yonder since July 2010, Nayana has held multiple roles including Senior Manager for Consulting and Support, Project Manager for service delivery, and Product Specialist for planning solutions. Prior to Blue Yonder, Nayana worked at ITC Cigfil from September 2007 to July 2010 in various capacities such as Project Team Lead and Industrial Engineer. Nayana holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, completed in 2007.
