Sphamandla Siyabonga Mhlaluka is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Guest Relations Manager at Gooderson Leisure Hotels and Resorts since September 2022. Mhlaluka also holds the position of Duty Manager at Blue Waters Hotel since February 2019 and has worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Tsogo Sun since April 2014. Prior experience includes a similar role at Elangeni and Maharani Hotel from April 2013 to November 2015. Mhlaluka earned a Higher National Diploma in Management from the International Hotel Management School in India, completing the program in 2022, and previously obtained a Diploma of Education in Physical Sciences from Gugulesizwe between 2005 and 2009.
