Charles Rathbun has extensive experience in food and nutrition services, currently serving as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Blue Valley School District since May 2005. Prior to this role, Charles held the same title at Napa Valley Unified School District from January 1999 to May 2005. Charles Rathbun obtained a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, specializing in Dietetics and Food Service Management, from Washington State University between 1990 and 1996.
