Rocío Oranías began their work experience in 2007 as an Assistant Director at Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, a position they held until 2014. In 2015, they joined Blue Trail Software as an Executive Assistant and continued in that role until August 2020. From February 2019, they also took on the responsibility of a Software QA role at Blue Trail Software.

Rocío Oranías has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended EducacionIT and obtained a degree in QA Software Tester, specializing in Tecnología/Técnico de software informático. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Rocío attended the Instituto Argentino de Secretarias Ejecutivas, where they received a degree as an Asistente Ejecutiva Bilingüe. Additionally, from 2012 to 2016, they studied at ISTLyR and attained a degree in Técnico en pedagogía y educación social.

Furthermore, Rocío has obtained certification as a Scrum Master in June 2021 from Scrum Inc.
