Łucja Zając-Duda is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and resource management. Currently serving as the EMEA Service Fulfilment Team Leader at Hitachi Vantara since October 2016, Łucja leads a team focused on the identification and allocation of delivery resources to support service business units and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles at Hitachi include Resource Analysts Team Leader and Resource Coordinator, where Łucja honed skills in project resource management and onboarding processes. Prior experience includes leading supply operations for lowcosttravelgroup's Spain & Portugal team and providing administrative support in various roles. Łucja also works as a freelance English translator for Blue Tomato GmbH. Łucja holds a Master of Engineering in Agrobiology from Uniwersytet Rolniczy im. Hugona Kołłątaja w Krakowie.
