Andreas Augustin is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital customer experience and e-commerce. Since December 2019, Andreas has served as the Head of Digital Customer Experience at Blue Tomato GmbH, following a role as Head of Webshop Development at Blue Tomato from October 2012 to December 2019. Prior to this, Andreas held positions in business development at Neckermann and led information management and applications at AE&E Group GmbH. Early career experience includes research work at Know-Center. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Software Development & Economics from Technical University Graz, completed in 2008.
