Rachel Kopilow has a diverse work experience in the media and political industry. Rachel is currently working at Blue State as the VP of Strategic Communications and the Creative Director. Prior to that, they served as the Video Director for Warren for President from 2018 to 2020, and also worked as the Video Director for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren from 2017 to 2018.
Rachel has also had significant experience in the production and video field, working as the Deputy Director of Video and Senior Video Producer at The White House from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Post Production.
Other highlights of their work experience include roles at Life After Beth, The Walt Disney Studios, the Democratic National Convention Committee, PBS Washington Week, and Studio 22 Productions.
Rachel Kopilow attended Northwestern University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV/Film & History. In 2009, they also briefly studied at UCL, where they focused on European History, British Politics, and Art History.
