Ciarra Watford has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Infant Teacher at Children's Discovery Center from October 2012 to September 2013. During this time, they focused on creating a secure and beneficial learning environment for the infants.

In 2013, Watford also worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Wake County Justice Center from September 2013 to February 2017. In this position, they attended court hearings, transcribed information, and provided responses to inquiries and correspondence.

From January 2013 to November 2018, Watford worked as an Event Coordinator/Supervisor at Delightful Inspirations Cafe &. Ciarra'sresponsibilities included planning and executing events, ensuring all necessary items were prepared in advance, and supervising staff.

In 2017, Watford joined BlueSky Solutions LLC as an HR Employee Relations Coordinator. In this role, they provided coaching and support to executives and department managers on various employee relations issues, coordinated meetings and trainings, and acted as a liaison between staff and upper management.

Additionally, Watford started their own small business, Shady Lady Boutique, in March 2019, where they are currently a Small Business Owner.

Ciarra Watford obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from North Carolina Central University. Ciarra attended this university from 2007 to 2011. Continuing their educational journey, they then pursued a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree in the field of Public Administration at Strayer University. From 2013 to 2017, they dedicated herself to their studies at Strayer University.
