Kim Peterson is currently the VP/Managing Director of Human Resources at Blue Sky Bank since October 2023. Prior to this, Kim held various roles in the human resources field, including as a Human Resources Director at HR 360, LLC and Drummond Communications, as well as an HR Manager at the same company. Kim also has experience working as a Paralegal at Boone, Smith, Davis, Hurst & Dickman and Pope, Nichols & Hicks, specializing in litigation. Additionally, Kim worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Secrest & Hill in the early 1990s.
