Chanelle Logan is a Principal Consultant at Blue Skies Consulting since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in supply chain and operations management from previous roles at 3M. At 3M, Chanelle served as the Forecast-to-Schedule Production Planning Lead Specialist, contributing to the company's ERP systems by facilitating business process design and training across various manufacturing locations. Prior roles included positions as a Supply Chain Analyst, where Chanelle implemented Just-In-Time Planning strategies and participated in SAP ERP deployments, achieving significant inventory reductions and cost savings. Early experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Cargill and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota added to Chanelle's analytical and operational expertise, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota.
