Stefan Raducan has over two decades of experience in IT and software quality assurance. Currently serving as the IT Shared Services Senior Manager at Blue Shield of California since March 2014, Stefan is responsible for bridging the gap between Business and IT to enhance production through quality releases, and has developed multiyear strategic roadmaps involving Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), DevSecOps CI/CD, and Cloud initiatives. Prior to this, Stefan was a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Blue Shield of California and a Software Engineering Manager at Motorola Mobility Inc., where Stefan was involved in creating software and hardware solutions for reverse logistics. Stefan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, obtained in 1998.
