Shalonda Butler is a seasoned professional in account management with extensive experience in the health care insurance sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Account Manager for the Federal Employee Program at Blue Shield of California since June 2019, Shalonda has demonstrated expertise in managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction. Prior to this role, Shalonda worked as an Account Manager at Precept from 2004 to June 2019 and at ABD Insurance and Financial Services from December 1999 to August 2004. Shalonda holds a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento.
