Charis Arhin is an experienced administrative and ethical oversight professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant to the CEO at Blue Rose Limited, while also coordinating Human and Animal Research Ethics for the Office of Research, Innovation and Development at the University of Ghana. Charis manages ethical processes for research involving human and non-human participants, and facilitates ethical reviews for humanities research as the ECH Administrator at ISSERUG. Additionally, Charis holds positions with OAK Agility LTD as a Product Manager Intern and is actively involved with Black Sisters in STEM, Alison, and the Osei-Kusi Foundation.
