Matthew Eley currently serves as Chief of Staff at Blue River Technology since April 2024, with previous experience in similar roles at Mayfair, where responsibilities included supporting business operations to maintain cash flow and optimize earnings. Eley owned a sole proprietorship called Absinthe from July 2016 to July 2021, utilizing skills in hiring, fundraising, and public relations while living abroad. Additional experience includes Editor-in-Chief at The East By West, overseeing editorial processes, and various operational and assistant roles at The/Studio, contributing to funding successes and internal management. Eley has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Kenyon College and previous studies in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law at the University of Richmond.
