Taylor Williams is an experienced payroll and operations professional with a background in managing payroll processes and operations for various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Blue River PetCare since May 2022, Taylor processes payroll for clinics across more than 40 states. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll Clerk at Carmel Clay Schools, where payroll processing was conducted for over 3,000 employees, and a role as Operations Manager at Occasionally Yours, overseeing a multi-brand store and its staff. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and a Business Foundations certificate from the Kelley School of Business, both earned between 2015 and 2019.
