Alicia Jointer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Blue River PetCare since August 2021, Alicia previously held the position of Benefits Manager at both Enlivant and Senior Lifestyle. Additional roles include Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at Advanced Resources and Ajilon, respectively. Alicia began a career in workforce development as a Job Specialist III at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, focusing on recruitment and client workshops, after working as a Job Developer for the New England Farm Workers' Council. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East West University.
